Paid Time Off (PTO)
Our PTO can be used for vacation, illness, or personal business, and can be rolled-over into the next calendar year (up to 3 times your annual PTO accrual rate). Our PTO accrual schedule starts with 15 days per year for our full-time employees, and gradually increases every 5 years to a maximum of 25 days a year.
Medical
We offer several traditional medical plans and an Exclusive Provider Network (EPO). For our new employees and their qualified dependents, our medical coverage starts on the first day of work, with no pre-existing condition limitations, or evidence of insurability.
Dental
Our employees may choose between two dental plans, with both providing paid bi-annual check-ups for covered members.
Vision
Our Vision Care Plan provides vision examinations, plus eyeglass frames and lenses or contacts.
Education Assistance Program
Our full-time employees may receive 100 percent reimbursement, up to $5,000 per year, for tuition and fees. Courses required to obtain a job-related or a business degree are applicable for the reimbursement, with supervisory and Human Resources Department pre-approval.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Provided at no cost to our employees, the EAP provides confidential and professional assistance to help employees and family members resolve challenges that affect personal lives or job performance.
