Land Development

Helping clients secure entitlements that allow their projects to move forward is a key strategy of TCB's land development services team. 

 

TCB works with developers and builders on master plan communities, infill projects and commercial, industrial and infrastructure design projects nationwide.  We have pioneered innovative design techniques to determine the best use of properties and assist owners determine development priorities. As a part of the planning and design process, we are experienced in preparing necessary environmental documents and associated mitigation plans.  TCB is particularly adept at assisting owners obtain public approvals of politically sensitive and complex large-scale projects.

 

Our engineering services and expertise are comprehensive and include analysis and design for grading; hydrology/hydraulics; water, wastewater, and storm sewer systems; and streets and arterials.  TCB's level of commitment includes continuing onsite presence of our design team during construction.
