As General Engineering Consultant, Turner Collie & Braden refined and completed the schematic and provided professional advice for integrating the proposed facility into the Harris County Toll Road Authority System. Turner Collie & Braden provided the program management of 25 consultant firms performing the design of 20 separate roadway construction contracts for a 14.2-mile, four-lane facility with design provisions to accommodate an adjacent future light rail system.
