As General Engineering Consultant, TCB refined and completed the schematic and provided professional advice for integrating the proposed facility into the Harris County Toll Road Authority System. TCB provided the program management of 25 consultant firms performing the design of 20 separate roadway construction contracts for a 14.2-mile, four-lane facility with design provisions to accommodate an adjacent future light rail system.
