When the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians wanted a new Building Services Center, they called on P&D to create a one-stop shop. P&D was also retained to provide building plan check and inspection services for the new Spa Resort Casino, an oasis for people to come and immerse themselves in luxury. The Spa Resort Casino is the only full-service resort in Palm Springs offering a 45,000 square-foot casino, 228-room hotel, an offsite multi-level parking structure and additional resort facilities.
