Since August 2001, TCB has been under contract with the State Bureau of Licensure as the exclusive provider of plans review in accordance with the AIA guidelines, functionality and fire/life safety codes. We have provided plans review for over 100 facilities classified as hospitals and non-hospital medical facilities such as ambulatory surgical centers, nursing homes and residential care facilities. Our plans review assignments have included new construction or tenant improvements. These reviews ranged from small remodels within existing hospitals to complete reviews of all plans for the construction of new hospitals such as the new Southern Hills Hospital constructed in southwest Las Vegas and the new Carson-Tahoe Hospital in the northern portion of the state. |
