Cinco Ranch, one of the Top 20 residential developments in the United States is a single-family residential/commercial master-planned community, encompassing 5,400 acres and now is home to approximately 23,000 people. Over the last 20+ years TCB has performed transportation planning, biological and environmental studies and served as engineer for the Client. Today, TCB continues to provide design and construction phase services for the ongoing development of individual subdivisions in Cinco Ranch. Over 800 residential lots were added in the last two years alone!
