Georgetown, Texas
For this 5,300-acre master-planned community, TCB designed the water distribution system; wastewater collection system and pumping facilities to the City of Georgetown; drainage, water quality and detention system; two miles of arterial road (including a 300-foot bridge); and all of the subdivision streets. TCB also prepared site plans for the sales center, recreation center, park, a golf course clubhouse, and the entry building. The firm also designed a lift station and interceptor; a water distribution main for irrigation; two bridges over Berry Creek; the backbone water transmission mains; seven miles of collector roadways; and infrastructure to support 2,700 lots.
