Owner and manager of other landmark shopping destinations, The Taubman Company developed The Shops at Willow Bend, located in Plano, Texas. The site includes 26 acres of complementary service, restaurant, retail, and office development, along with structural and surface parking for over 6,400 cars. On this 107-acre site, Turner Collie & Braden prepared the detailed site design for a 1,500,000 s.f. regional mall, including 15,000 feet of utilities, paving, grading, and landscaping. This project also included obtaining necessary permits and close coordination with other project design teams.
