P&D is providing land development services for a 200 acre gate guarded exclusive beach front resort community in the East Cape of Baja Sur approximately 60 miles north east of Cabo. The site is situated on one mile of white sand beaches and will include approximately 230 single family detached units and 130 beachfront and hillside villas. The project will also include a private beach club with restaurant, gym and sauna, swimming facilities and other high end amenities. The site will also have its own private water and sewage treatment facility. The master plan is currently being processed by the government agencies and construction is expected in 2007.
