Engineering Design
Located in northwest San Antonio, Wildhorse is a 539-acre single family living development. Developed in 25 phases, the community will provide 1,600 lots located conveniently near medical facilities, major shopping and entertainment centers, and LaCantera golf course. In 2000, TCB was hired as the engineer to design paving, utilities, lot grading, drainage facilities, and SWP3 plans. The estimated date of completion for construction is early 2007 with a construction cost of approximately $24 million.
