TCB provided program management and construction management services for the City of Pearland’s mobility and drainage program, which included more than $130 million of road and drainage projects to be designed and constructed over a 10-year period. Services included program administration, preliminary design, development of design standards and standard specifications, technical review of the design consultants’ submittals, utility and local government coordination, hydrologic and hydraulic services, environmental studies, scheduling, utility coordination, and construction administration. |
